PINELLAS PARK - The Salerno Theatre Co., “Tampa Bay’s Musical Theatre Company,” is pleased to announce that it has reached a one year agreement to bring family-friendly and affordable top quality musical theatre and entertainment to the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center. PPPAC is located at 4951 78th Street North, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781.
Salerno Theatre, along with its sister organization, American Concert Company, who currently tour their Broadway musicals and Las Vegas-style concert entertainment to various venues around the Florida, will be adding the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center (PPPAC) to its tour stops for Rodgers and Hammerstein's OKLAHOMA, the final production of Salerno’s fifth full Broadway season.
Salerno's sixth season at PPPAC will include MAN OF LA MANCHA, BROADWAY IN CONCERT, LITTLE WOMEN: THE MUSICAL and COAST-TO-COAST: HITSVILLE, USA.
OKLAHOMA will play at PPPAC for four performances May 15-17, 2009. Show times are Friday at 8 P.M., Saturday at 3 P.M. and 8 P.M. and Sunday at 3 P.M.

Since 2004, Salerno, along with American Concert Company, has been performing its Broadway musical productions and theatrical concerts at multiple venues in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. The companies have also performed at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and tour many of its productions throughout Florida.
While they continue to tour Florida with many of their productions, Salerno is currently based at the Carrollwood Cultural Center in Tampa.

Salerno continues to negotiate with other Bay Area theatres to establish both tour events and/or residences throughout the Bay Area for Salerno Theatre and American Concert Company.
